BUYER'S FAQ

  • Q: Where’s my tracking number?

  • A: If you have not yet received a tracking number, that means we haven't gotten to your order yet!

  • Q: My package is late?

  • A: As of December 2020, the USPS has been overwhelmed during the pandemic due to an influx of holiday mail and a shortage of workers.

  • As a result, our zines haven't been getting picked up in time, and we physically do not have space to package any more until each batch of orders have been received by USPS. Please excuse any delays during this stressful period.

  • Q: What’s the current schedule, then?

  • A: Ideally, it looks something like this:

  • Bundles #2, 4 for December 2020

  • Bundles #3, 5 for January 2021

  • But it is not guaranteed that every single order for B#2 and B#4 will be sent out by the end of the year.

  • Q: What’s my bundle?

  • A: Check your receipt to see which one you got. Here’s what the numbers mean:

  • Bundle #1: Despair Side: Digital Edition

  • Bundle #2: Hope Side: Physical Edition

  • Bundle #3: Ultra Despair Inducing Bulk

  • your order has gone missing

  • you did not receive a digital zine (not eligible for Bundle #2)

  • you need an address update

  • your package was missing an item

  • you want a refund (eligible for those without tracking numbers)

  • along with any other question that we might have not answered.

  • We cannot guarantee that your inquiry will be answered in a timely manner if you contact us through our DMs on Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr.

SHOP FAQ

  • Q: Are you hosting leftover sales?

  • We will be hosting leftover sales in 2021, after we’re through with shipping all of the initial orders out! More information about any restocked bundles or such will be revealed then.

  • Q: Does the zine/merch ship internationally?

  • A: Yes! However, do note that there may be delays with shipping due to the current global situation. We are currently updating our Twitter with everything you need to know about our shipping situation.

  • Q: I changed my mind on what bundle I want to buy. Can I change my order?

  • A: Yes. Contact us about the exchange and your original order will be refunded. Please provide your order number or your receipt.

  • Q: I only want one specific merch item. Can I order individual pieces?

  • A: Sorry, but no. We will only be shipping out the promoted bundles.

GENERAL FAQ

  • Q: What form is this zine in?

  • A: DDD is a glossy, perfect-bound 6x9 inch physical zine. Our merch includes: 4 stickers, 4 charms, 3 prints, 1 enamel pin, 1 tinplate badge, and 1 manjuu keychain.

  • Q: How many contributors do you have?

  • A: We have 51 contributors in total: 45 illustrators and 6 merch artists.

  • Q: Is this zine Safe For Work?

  • A: Yes.

  • Q: What kind of aesthetics are in the zine?

  • A: All of them. D!D!D! aims for variety in the looks it’ll be featuring. Runway, cyberpunk, lovecore, redesigns, thrift store chic — it’s all allowed. Artists are free to be as creative as they want, provided that they do not disrespect or appropriate other cultures for the sake of being “exotic” or “aesthetic” (ex: indigenous headdresses, dreads, religious imagery, etc.)

  • D!D!D! features a mix of backgrounds. Crossovers between the games are allowed.

  • Q: Is shipping allowed?

  • A: Romantic context is not allowed on the zine.

About Hi! I’m Angela and I’m an 18 year old student. As an artist interested in high fashion, character design, Danganronpa, and managing other people, I can’t begin to express the joy that this zine will bring to me upon its fruition! I’m eager to see what all of the other artists will bring to the table :) I’ve modded for multi-month digital collaborative projects, such as the Gorillaz Fanthology, GU Zine, DECKspair, and Alternia Art. Additionally, I’ve managed 2 local zines and 2 gift exchanges. As an artist, I’ve been featured in various other projects, including (but not limited to) the HS Act 6 Tarot, Ladystuck Tarot, Burning Hearts Zine, and the Neo Tokyo Zine. D!D!D! will be the first physical fandom zine that I lead! Call me out if I suck at my job.

About Hi, my name is Ana! I’m 17 and I just really like the Danganronpa girls (and Hajime) and want to see them in interesting fashion, as I personally feel like the girls deserve more than their lackluster canon designs. I’m excited to see a lot of creativity and variety in this zine, especially with everyone’s unique sense of fashion and art styles! I’m currently running a local zine for LGBT women in my community as a passion project. As well, I’ve ran a local international festival for 2 years now, handling the budget, expenses, and communication among artists, performers, and others participating in the event. Furthermore, I have helped start a social media campaign for a truth and reconciliation commission in my community to memorialize a lynching victim.

About Hey I'm Chris! I'm an 18 year old artist and animator. I've participated in zines before, but this is my first time working as a mod. I have a lot of experience shipping both domestically in the U.S. and internationally as I often sell my art in the form of prints, animation frames, charms, and pins. With my previous experience, I aim to get all the physical zines in the safest, yet cheapest way possible in order to keep shipping prices down.
